The Commuters Create A Melodic Experience With New Music Video To Their Debut EP’s Leading Track, “Before I Was Born”

Coming straight from New York, The Commuters have released a fresh new video for the title track of their latest EP, “Before I was Born.”  This new EP debuted and rocketed to the number three spot on iTunes EP billboard for Alternative Rock music and debuted at 34 on the iTunes chart for Alternative New Artist Albums.  The Commuters are out there and making an excellent name for themselves.

The titular song, “Before I was Born” is melodic experience that is very thought provoking.  It soothes the ears with peaceful instrumentals then implants powerful emotion with the beautiful lyrics.  The lyrics sit back and analyze the relationship of birth and death. Lead vocalist, Zeeshan Zaidi, was inspired during a very intimate time in his life, which saw the arrival of his second son. Life is an intense subject, but this song is laid back and puts a beautiful touch on such an existential concept.

The video, directed by Matt Newman, compliments the music beautifully.  It is a beautiful blue-tinted psychedelic experience. Looking through kaleidoscope lens, Zaidi can be seen looking around, almost wandering.  He is allowing the viewers to gaze at his introspection, accompanied by the serene imagery. It invokes the viewers to not only relax but to also think, and it beautiful.

Be sure to visit their social media and give them some love. In the meantime, enjoy kickback and enjoy the amazing music video!
